Question:The brush does not rotate
Answer:Only when the engine is started and the accelerator is increased, the brush head will turn. If the brush head can be turned manually, the brush head will not move. If it can be started, the brush head will not move. Check the assembly of the drive shaft. The drive shaft is divided into two parts. Part of it is installed on the engine, and part of it needs to be installed on the brush head by the customer. If the brush head part is inspected without problems, you can check the part of the engine. Loosen the two screws circled in the picture, pull out the aluminum tube, and there is a drive shaft inside. Pull out to check whether the teeth at both ends are worn and affect the transmission. If there is no transmission effect, first insert the shaft into the direction of the engine, and then slowly install the aluminum tube back, pay attention to the shaft and the aluminum tube must be installed in place, then tighten the long screw to fix it, test the transmission is normal, and then replace the short fixing screw (There are oil-impregnated bearings inside the drive shaft, and sometimes a small amount of oil is normal)
